There are some amazing resources available for creating powerful standards-based websites (a quick look at this site's inspiration proves that). Unfortunately, often these resources aren't centralized and searching for specific information can often lead to getting lost in a maze of links -- this is an especially daunting task when you're not exactly sure what you're searching for. The css help pile is an attempt to centralize linkage to those resources and tips in a collected and organized manner.
